music is another outlet for expression for me - a form of metanoia and pure concentration both in professional playing and as a hobby.
Having played the piano since she was 6 years old, Annabelle has attained the qualification of being an Associate of Trinity College London (ATCL) for Piano Performance (equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree). She also holds ABRSM Grade 1-8 for Piano Practical and Grade 1-6 for Piano Theory.
Currently, she teaches freelance piano classes for adults and children and continues to learn piano weekly with her own teacher in preparation for an LTCL. She also has learnt how to play other instruments like the Guitar and Ukulele in her free time, with prior experience in playing the Euphonium and Double Bass when in band. Some of her favourite composers to play professionally include Poulenc and Debussy, while she enjoys Nobuo Uematsu and improvising renditions of famous Disney and pop music too.
